Assigned Domain Names definition

Assigned Domain Names means those domain names set forth in Exhibit A.
Assigned Domain Names means all Domain Names of OTI related to, used or held for use in the Business listed on Schedule 1.1-C, together with all goodwill associated with such Domain Names.
Assigned Domain Names means the domain names listed on Exhibit B.

  • If a certain number of Assigned Domain Names and Intellectual Property were not duly endorsed in favor of Assignor following the relevant purchase or acquisition by, or transfer or assignment to, the same, Assignor hereby undertakes to give to Assignee all assistance reasonably necessary to the end of finalizing endorsements contemplated by this Assignment in favor of Assignee even, where necessary, by appointing an attorney-in- fact duly empowered to carry out all the actions necessary for such purpose.

More Definitions of Assigned Domain Names

Assigned Domain Names means the internet domain names identified in Schedule B, attached hereto as part of this IPAL Agreement.
Assigned Domain Names means the domain names listed under the heading “Domain Names” on Schedule 1.1(a)(i).
Assigned Domain Names means the domain names as set forth in Appendix II.
Assigned Domain Names means the Domain Names which are owned, licensed or otherwise controlled by SELLER and which are necessary or appropriate for the manufacture, production, distribution, marketing and/or use of the Product, including those listed in Exhibit B attached hereto.
Assigned Domain Names means the domain names specifically set forth in the Domain Name Assignment.
Assigned Domain Names has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(e).
Assigned Domain Names means the Domain Names which are owned, licensed or otherwise controlled by SELLER and which are necessary or appropriate for the manufacture, production, distribution, marketing and/or use of the Product, including those listed in E xhibit B attached hereto.
