Domain Name definition

Domain Name means the domain name(s) (universal resource locators), and registration(s) thereof, issued by any Person or authority that issues and maintains the domain name registration; provided, however, “Domain Name” shall not include any trademark or service mark rights to such domain names other than the rights to the Product Trademarks required to be divested.
Domain Name means any alphanumeric designation that is registered with or assigned by any domain name registrar, domain name registry, or other domain registration authority as part of an electronic address on the Internet.

  • Further, Customer hereby agrees now and forever to release and to hold harmless the WOW! Entities, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions with respect to, or in any way arising from: (i) services provided to Customer by a third party domain name registration service; and/or (ii) the domain name registration service’s removal of allocation or support for the Customer Domain Name.
