Assigned Frequencies definition

Assigned Frequencies means the frequencies assigned to the Licensee, as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto;
Assigned Frequencies means the frequencies granted by the Minister in a frequency authorisation pursuant to section 6 of the Act;
Assigned Frequencies means the frequencies the Department has authorized the Licensee to use.

  • Unassigned asthma medication means a fast-acting bronchodilator delivered by metered dose inhaler with single use spacer or by nebulizer as a rescue medication, prescribed by an authorized health-care provider in the name of the district with a non-patient-specific standing delegation order for the administration of an asthma medication, and issued by an authorized health-care provider.

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property.   • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
