Specified Personnel definition

Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.
Specified Personnel means the personnel, if any, required to undertake the Activity or part of the Activity as set out in Item G8 of the Grant Details. • us, we and our means the Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the agency specified in the Agreement and includes, where relevant, its officers, employees, contractors and agents.

More Definitions of Specified Personnel

Specified Personnel means the personnel, if any, required to undertake the Activity or part of the Activity as set out in Item G8 of the Grant Details.
