Assignment and Assumption of Service Contracts definition

Assignment and Assumption of Service Contracts means the form of assignment and assumption of Service Contracts to be executed and delivered by Purchaser and the applicable Seller as to the Service Contracts with respect to the Property owned by such Seller, at the Closing in the form attached hereto as SCHEDULE 2.
Assignment and Assumption of Service Contracts means the form of assignment and assumption of the Service Contracts to be executed and delivered by Seller and Purchaser at the Closing in the form attached hereto as Schedule 4.
