Assignment of Construction Contract definition

Assignment of Construction Contract means that certain Assignment of Construction Contract by and between Borrower and Lender and dated of even date herewith, as may be supplemented from time to time.

Assignment of Construction Contract means the Assignment of Construction Contract of even date herewith from Borrower to Lender, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, from time to time.
