Assignment of Construction Contract definition

Assignment of Construction Contract means the Assignment of Construction Contract of even date herewith from Borrower to Lender, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, from time to time.

Assignment of Construction Contract means the assignment of the agreement ("CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT") between the BORROWER and Xxxxx, Inc. (the "GENERAL CONTRACTOR") for construction of the PROJECT in accordance with PLANS therein described, by which the BORROWER assigns, as additional security for repayment of the OBLIGATIONS, the BORROWER's interest in the CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT in a form acceptable to the BANK in the exercise of its reasonable discretion.

Assignment of Construction Contract means the assignment from the Shipowner to the Administrator of all the rights, title and interest of the Shipowner under the Construction Contract, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Annex G, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time with the consent of the Administrator.
