Assignments of Easements definition

Assignments of Easements means the assignments of Easements to be executed and delivered by Seller at the Closing, in the forms of Exhibit 1.1-A(i) and Exhibit 1.1-A(ii).
Assignments of Easements means the assignments and assumptions of Seller’s right, title and interest in the Purchased Easements to be executed and delivered by Seller at the Closing, in the forms of E xhibit B-1, E xhibit B-2, E xhibit B-3 and E xhibit C.
