• Provided that where if the Assignee does not intend to withdraw from the Phase II Project, the Assignor shall pay the Assignee interest at the rate specified in the West Bengal Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules, 2021 for every month of delay, till the handing over of the possession of the said Apartment.
