Assistance of others means one or more individuals directly and immediately aiding in a common undertaking.

Such obligation of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Code as from time to time in force. The Trustee shall deliver to the Holders of Certificates any reports or information the Trustee is required by this Agreement or the Code, Treasury Regulations or REMIC Provisions to deliver to the Holders of Certificates, and the Trustee shall prepare and provide to the Certificateholders (by mail, telephone, or publication as may be permitted by applicable Treasury Regulations) such other reasonable information as the Trustee deems necessary or appropriate or is required by the Code, Treasury Regulations, and the REMIC Provisions including, but not limited to, (i) information to be reported to the Holders of the Residual Certificates for quarterly notices on Schedule Q (Form 1066) (which information shall be forwarded to the Holders of the Residual Certificates by the Trustee), (ii) information to be provided to the Holders of Certificates with respect to amounts which should be included as interest and original issue discount in such Holders' gross income and (iii) information to be provided to all Holders of Certificates setting forth the percentage of each REMIC's assets, determined in accordance with Treasury Regulations using a convention, not inconsistent with Treasury Regulations, selected by the Trustee in its absolute discretion, that constitute real estate assets under Section 856 of the Code, and assets described in Section 7701(a)(19)(C) of the Code; provided, however, that in setting forth the percentage of such assets of each REMIC, nothing contained in this Agreement, including without limitation Section 7.03 hereof, shall be interpreted to require the Trustee periodically to appraise the fair market values of the assets of the Trust Estate or to indemnify the Trust Estate or any Certificateholders from any adverse federal, state or local tax consequences associated with a change subsequently required to be made in the Depositor's initial good faith determinations of such fair market values (if subsequent determinations are required pursuant to the REMIC Provisions) made from time to time.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Physical therapist assistant means an individual who is licensed/certified by a state and who assists the physical therapist in selected components of physical therapy.

  • Public assistance means Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF); auxiliary grants to the

  • Department of Information Technology means the New Mexico Department of Information Technology which is responsible for operating the data center and all communications related items.

  • Specialist means either a physician or other health care professional who practices in a specific area other than those practiced by primary care providers, or a properly licensed, certified or registered individual health care provider whose practice is limited to rendering mental health services. For purposes of cost-share, this definition of “specialist” does not apply to dentists. BCBSAZ does not require you to obtain an authorization or referral to see a specialist.

  • Rehabilitation counseling services means services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of a student with a disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to a student with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs funded under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

  • Status with regard to public assistance means the condition of being a recipient of federal, state, or local assistance, including medical assistance, or of being a tenant receiving federal, state, or local subsidies, including rental assistance or rent supplements.

  • Communication technology means an electronic device or process that:

  • Skills training means systematic skill building through curriculum-based psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioral interventions. These interventions break down complex objectives for role performance into simpler components, including basic cognitive skills such as attention, to facilitate learning and competency.

For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.

  • Audiology means the care and services provided by a licensed audiologist as set forth in the member state’s statutes and rules.

  • Legal Services means fees charged by an attorney:

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:

  • audit services means the professional services rendered by the Corporation’s external auditor for the audit and review of the Corporation’s financial statements or services that are normally provided by the external auditor in connection with statutory and regulatory filings or engagements;
