Assistant event inspector means the individual assigned to assist the event inspector.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
Independent Inspector means a licensed Person who performs sampling, quality analysis and quantity determination of the Product received or delivered.
labour inspector means a labour inspector appointed under section 63 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997);

Distant site means a site where a health care provider for telehealth who provides health care services is located while providing these services via a telecommunications system.
Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be
Assistant principal means a school administrator
Certified inspector means an employee or agent of a VESCP authority who (i) holds a certificate of competence from the Board in the area of project inspection or (ii) is enrolled in the Board's training program for project inspection and successfully completes such program within one year after enrollment.
The Inspector means any person or agency nominated by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect Stores under the Contract.
Assistant Treasurer means an Assistant Treasurer of the Corporation.
Deputy Assistant Secretary as used in this clause, means the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Federal Contract Compliance, U.S. Department of Labor, or a designee.
Assistant Commissioner means the Assistant Commissioner of HPD responsible for administration of this Contract or an authorized representative designated in writing by the Assistant Commissioner.
Chief Inspector means Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills or his successor;

Assistant Superintendent means the assistant superintendent to whom the supervisor reports. If the supervisor is an assistant superintendent, the associate superintendent will serve as the assistant superintendent.
Inspector shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a)(xiv) hereof.
The President means the Board of Governors, IISER Bhopal.
Solvency II Directive means Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 25 November 2009 on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of insurance and reinsurance (Solvency II);
Treasurer means the Treasurer of the Corporation.
The Inspecting Officer means the person specified in the contract for the purpose of Inspection of stores or work under the contract and includes his authorised representative;
Special inspector means an inspector holding a Washington commission identified under RCW 70.79.130.
Vice-Chairman means the Vice Chairman of the Board.
