Assistant Treasurer definition

Assistant Treasurer means an Assistant Treasurer of the Corporation.

Assistant Treasurer shall have the meaning given in Section 4.04(e) of this Agreement.

Assistant Treasurer means an officer of the Corporation having the title of “Assistant Treasurer.”
