Associated Event definition

Associated Event means any event held in the Host City or surrounding areas that is directly or indirectly associated with the Championships. Such term may include any athletic competition (including mass running or walking events), exhibition, show, banquet, or other event, project, or program that USATF and LOC mutually agrees shall be associated with the Championships, all of which shall be subject to the terms and conditions described in Section 6.0(f) herein.
Associated Event means an independently hosted event that forms part of the Event program.
Associated Event means an independently hosted event that forms part of the Event program. “Business” means the party named as the “Business” in the Tasting Australia Associated Events Application or as substituted in accordance with these Conditions.

Examples of Associated Event in a sentence

  • The Business grants to SATC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty free licence for the Term to use the Corporate Identification for the purpose of promoting the Associated Event and promoting the Business’s goods and services in association with the Event on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and SATC accepts that licence.

  • In relation to the Associated Event, SATC is not required to provide any Promotion Services to the Business unless and until the Fee has been paid in full in accordance with this clause 3.

  • The Business must respond to an SATC survey about the Associated Event within 30 days of the conclusion of the Associated Event.

  • The Office will not approve a Cannabis Growers Showcase at a temporary delivery only location or an event where the primary population in attendance is reasonably expected to be seventeen(17) years of age or younger or where the specific audience at the CGS or Associated Event are suspected to be under the legal age to purchase cannabis.

  • SATC grants to the Business a limited, non-exclusive, royalty free licence for the Term (with the right to sublicense to service providers only) to use the Event Logo solely in relation to and for the purpose of promoting the Associated Event on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and the Business accepts that licence.

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Business excludes, releases, and forever discharges SATC from all liability for claims, loss, damage, costs, or expenses (whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage, infringement of third-party rights or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Associated Event.

  • Given an event e, the Associated Event View considers the affective polarities of labeled events that co-occur with e dur- ing Event Generation.

  • Associated Event Record any specific events with which the object is associated.

Related to Associated Event

  • Listed Event means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Insured Event means (a) Accidental Damage to Your Covered Equipment and/or (b) Battery Depletion and/or (c) the need to use Technical Support, which occurs during the Coverage Period.

  • Listed Events means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • Control Transaction means the acquisition by a person or group of the status of a controlling person.[PL 2001, c. 640, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2001, c. 640, Pt. B, §7 (AFF).]

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Notice Event means any of the events enumerated in paragraph (b)(5)(i)(C) of the Rule and listed in Section 4(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Triggering Event means any Section 11(a)(ii) Event or any Section 13 Event.
