Listed Event definition

Listed Event means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

Listed Event means a sporting or other event of national interest which is for the time being included in the list drawn up and published by the Secretary of State for the purposes of Part IV of the 1996 Act and a “Group A event” is a listed event that is for the time being allocated to Group A of that list and a “Group B event” is a listed event that is for the time being allocated to Group B of that list;

• If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Issuer shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event with respect to the Bonds under Section 5(a).

• Nothing in this Disclosure Agreement shall be deemed to prevent the Issuer from disseminating any other information, using the means of dissemination set forth in this Disclosure Agreement or any other means of communication, or including any other information in any Annual Issuer Report or notice of occurrence of a Listed Event, in addition to that which is required by this Disclosure Agreement.

• If the Issuer chooses to include any information in any Annual Issuer Report or notice of occurrence of a Listed Event in addition to that which is specifically required by this Disclosure Agreement, the Issuer shall have no obligation under this Disclosure Agreement to update such information or include it in any future Annual Issuer Report or notice of occurrence of a Listed Event.

More Definitions of Listed Event

Listed Event means, so long as the Recipient has outstanding any System Obligation subject to Rule 15c2-12, any of the events required to be reported with respect to such System Obligation pursuant to Rule 15c2-12(b)(5).
