Associated Firm definition

Associated Firm means, in respect to the Firm, the Firm’s subsidiaries or holding companies or subsidiaries of such holding companies with “subsidiary” and “holding company” being as defined in Section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 (as amended from time to time);

• The Client shall execute the documents and take any action as the Firm may request in order to protect the rights of the Firm and its Associated Firms under the Terms or under any agreement the Client may have entered into with any Associated Firm.
