A field that ECOPETROL qualifies as a producer of Natural Non-Associated Gas (or Free Natural Gas) when defining its commerciality and using information furnished by THE ASSOCIATE.
During this period the CONTRACTOR will conduct preliminary market studies in order to analyze the markets for the Non-Associated Gas as well as investigate such technical issues as reserve size ranges, deliverability and other issues pertaining to the exploitation of the Non-Associated Gas.
