Associated Products means products and services designated as “Associated Products” (or designated with words having a similar meaning) by the Company from time to time, supplied by regular or preferred Suppliers with whom the Company has a business relationship, provided that such Associated Products shall not be deemed to be products or services directly provided by the Company, and provided further that the Company, except to the extent of its gross negligence, reckless or wilful conduct, will not be liable or responsible for defects in, or liabilities arising from such Associated Products;
