Associated Vessels definition

Associated Vessels has the meaning given to it in the Intercreditor Deed;
Associated Vessels means, in respect of a Vessel, the Vessels other than itself. "BBC Surplus Amount" means the surplus amount remaining from either: (a) the proceeds received by an Owner in respect of any sale of a Vessel under the terms of the BBC to which such Owner is a party; (b) the proceeds of insurances received by an Owner in respect of Total Loss (as such term is defined in the BBC to which such Owner is a party) of a Vessel; or (c) the proceeds received by an Owner upon the exercise of its rights, remedies, powers and discretion under the Transaction Documents (to which such Owner is a party), in each case, after deduction and satisfaction in full of, all amounts owing to that Owner under the Transaction Documents (to which such Owner is a party).
