ASX Market definition

ASX Market means the market for Financial Products operated by ASX.
ASX Market means the Financial Market operated by ASX;
ASX Market means the main equity securities market operated by ASX;

Examples of ASX Market in a sentence

  • A related or associated entity includes: • a spouse and any non-adult children; • a "Family Company" or "Family Trust" (as those terms are defined in the ASX Market Rules); and • a company in which a director, officer or employee of the Company is a director, has a "relevant interest" (as that term is defined in sections 608 and 609 of the Corporations Act) or in which he or she holds voting power in respect of 20% or more of the shares of that company.

  • As a Market Participant of ASX Group Ltd (“ASX”), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capital Limited is also bound by the ASX Market Operating Rules, ASX Settlement Operating Rules and the ASX Clear Operating Rules.

  • ASIC Market Integrity Rules Means any or all of: • ASIC Market Integrity Rules (ASX Market) 2010; • ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Chi-X Australia Market) 2011; and • ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Competition in Exchange Markets) 2011.

  • In addition to these terms, the Issuer may have other obligations; for example, under the ASX Market Integrity Rules.

  • You acknowledge that if your Triggered Order was created at or near the ASX market close your order might be queued in an order book for placement onto the ASX Market the next trading day.
