  • Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Appendix, all company-specific and customer-specific information submitted by Attaching Party to AT&T-13STATE in connection with this Appendix (including but not limited to information submitted in connection with Attaching Party’s applications for occupancy permit shall be deemed to be “confidential” or “proprietary” information of Attaching Party and shall be subject to the terms set forth in this article.

  • The term “rights-of-way” refers to AT&T-13STATE owned or controlled legal rights to pass over or through property of another party and used by AT&T-13STATE for its telecommunications distribution system.

  • If AT&T-13STATE assigns pole, duct, or conduit space to itself, such assignment will automatically lapse 12 months after the date the assignment has been entered into the appropriate AT&T-13STATE record if AT&T-13STATE has not occupied such assigned space within such 12 month period.

  • AT&T-13STATE will select or approve the Attaching Party’s selection of the space Applicant will occupy on AT&T-13STATE’s poles or in AT&T-13STATE’s conduit systems.

  • For purposes of this Appendix, “rights-of-way” includes property owned by AT&T- 13STATE and used by AT&T-13STATE for its telecommunications distribution facilities.

  • Upon request, AT&T-13STATE will meet with the Attaching Party to clarify matters relating to maps, records or additional information.

  • Confidential or proprietary information specifically includes information or knowledge related to Attaching Party’s review of records regarding a particular market area, or relating to assignment of space to Attaching Party in a particular market area, and further includes knowledge or information about the timing of Attaching Party’s request for or review of records or its inquiry about AT&T-13STATE facilities.

  • AT&T-13STATE does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on any maps or records.

  • AT&T-21STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

  • AT&T-4STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

  • InterLATA is As Defined in the Act.

  • Leak-detection system means a system capable of detecting the failure of either the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste or accumulated liquid in the secondary containment structure. Such a system must employ operational controls (e.g., daily visual inspections for releases into the secondary containment system of aboveground tanks) or consist of an interstitial monitoring device designed to detect continuously and automatically the failure of the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste into the secondary containment structure.

Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any actual or suspected breaches by Seller or its Subcontractors of the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and Seller agrees to provide Buyer immediately upon request any information and assistance that Buyer may require for compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws.
