The Supplier warrants that the Supplier and, to the best of its knowledge and belief having made reasonable enquiries, its supply chain, have not been convicted of any offence involving Modern Slavery.
The Supplier shall, and warrants and undertakes that it shall, comply with the Bribery Act 2010, Modern Slavery Act 2015, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Criminal Finances Act 2017 and not do, or omit to do, any act that will cause SGT to be in breach of the Bribery Act 2010, Modern Slavery Act 2015, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 or the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
The Supplier must immediately notify the Customer if it becomes aware of any actual, potential or perceived Modern Slavery in its operations or its supply chain.
The Seller shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, codes, standards and guidelines relating to prevention of violation of human rights, child and forced labor, exploitation, and slavery, including but not limited to the U.K. Modern Slavery Act, 2015, Australia Modern Slavery Act, 2018 (Commonwealth Act), and US Trafficking Victims Protection Act, 2000, and will instruct and require its contractors, agents, and business partners to do the same.
The Supplier warrants that it and its supply chain will conduct their business in a manner so as to reduce the risk of Modern Slavery in their operations and supply chains.
