AUDITING COMMITTEE definition

AUDITING COMMITTEE. A committee which is described in Section 21.
AUDITING COMMITTEE means the financial review committee described in Section 4.8(d) of these Bylaws.
AUDITING COMMITTEE has the meaning, assigned thereto in Section 13.1. (a). "Authorized fund" - means the Authorized fund of the Company.

AUDITING COMMITTEE means the committee established as set forth in Article 11 of the Establishment Agreement for the purpose of checking the financial and economic performance of the Organization.
