Australian Code of Banking Practice definition

Australian Code of Banking Practice means the Code of Banking Practice published by the Australian Bankers’ Association.
Australian Code of Banking Practice means the Banking Code of Practice published by the Australian Bankers' Association, as amended, revised or amended and restated from time to time.

Australian Code of Banking Practice means the Code of Banking Practice published by the Australian Bankers’ Association. “Australian Party” means Axalta Coating Systems Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 158 497 655) or any other Guarantor or Restricted Subsidiaryincorporated, organized or established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
