Authorised Third Parties definition

Authorised Third Parties means any counterparty with whom the Company enters or is contemplating entering into a contract, agreement or arrangement in order to deliver the Services including the counterparty's officers, employees, sub-processors and sub- contractors authorised by the Company to provide the Services.
Authorised Third Parties means persons or entities other than the Recipient who are directly involved in the Purpose, who have a need to know the Proprietary Information for the execution of their own tasks within the Purpose, and who the GSA has agreed in writing as being Authorised Third Parties.
