Authorised Third Parties definition

Authorised Third Parties means any counterparty with whom the Company enters or is contemplating entering into a contract, agreement or arrangement in order to deliver the Services including the counterparty's officers, employees, sub-processors and sub- contractors authorised by the Company to provide the Services.
Authorised Third Parties means persons or entities other than the Recipient who are directly involved in the Purpose, who have a need to know the Proprietary Information for the execution of their own tasks within the Purpose, and who the GSA has agreed in writing as being Authorised Third Parties.
Authorised Third Parties means Rise Digital’s bankers, professional advisors, agents, consultants, contractors, agents or third-party suppliers or service providers with whom Rise Digital enters into an agreement;
