Authorised User definition

Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

Authorised User means the Client and those of its employees, agents, representatives or advisers that,

Authorised User means an individual who is authorised by the Institution to have access to its information services (whether on-site or off-site) via Secure Authentication and who is: a current student registered with the Institution (including undergraduates and postgraduates); an alumnus of the Institution; a contractor of the Institution; or a member of staff of the Institution (whether permanent or temporary, including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches students registered with the Institution); or without prejudice to Clause 4.2, a Walk-In User and, unless the context otherwise requires, all references to “Authorised Users” in this Licence include “Additional Authorised Users”.

• The procedure for application of a Digital Signature Certificate will remain the same for the new Authorised User.

• In case of online tendering, if the Digital Certificate issued to an Authorised User of a Partnership Firm is used for signing and submitting a bid, it will be considered equivalent to a no objection certificate / power of attorney to that User to submit the bid on behalf of the Partnership Firm.

• In case of online tendering, if the Digital Certificate issued to an Authorised User of a Partnership Firm is used for signing and submitting a bid, it will be considered equivalent to a no objection certificate / power of attorney to that user to submit the bid on behalf of the Partnership Firm.

• Hence, the Users are advised to store his / her Digital Certificate securely and if possible, keep a backup at safe place under adequate security to be used in case of need.In case of online tendering, if the Digital Certificate issued to an Authorised User of a Partnership Firm is used for signing and submitting a bid, it will be considered equivalent to a no objection certificate / power of attorney to that User to submit the bid on behalf of the Partnership Firm.

• Additionally, to the extent Law permits, if you, a Stripe Issuing Accountholder or a Card Authorised User allows another party to use the Card or Card Account Data for any purpose, or if an unauthorised person uses a Card or Card Account Data, you are responsible for that use, including all losses, damages and costs arising out of or relating to that use.

More Definitions of Authorised User

Authorised User means an individual authorised by you to use the Software;
