Authorised Users definition

Authorised Users means the total number of the Customer’s employees/temporary agency staff/contractors or authorised representatives that are licensed to access the Software/use the Services as specified in an Order;
Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.
Authorised Users your employees, agents and independent contractors who are authorised by you to use the Services.

Examples of Authorised Users in a sentence

  • Receiving Party (including for the avoidance of doubt, Authorised Users) will: (a) not use the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information except as necessary to exercise the rights granted under this Agreement or to evaluate opportunities for additional Clarion licences from Coremont pursuant to the Agreement; (b) not disclose such Confidential Information to any third party other than to its employees or Authorised Users.

More Definitions of Authorised Users

Authorised Users means those persons authorised by the Communications Provider in writing to BT to gain access to the Gateway;

Authorised Users means the categories of persons associated with Customer as specified below who have been allowed access to Publisher Content by Customer, such access to be by Secure Authentication:
