Authorized Area of Transmission definition

Authorized Area of Transmission means such areas which are listed in Annexure A attached to this Agreement.

Authorized Area of Transmission means the areas listed in Annexure A attached to this Agreement, where in terms of notifications issued by the Central Government under sub‐section (1) of section 4(A) of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), as amended from time to time, it is obligatory for every cable operator to transmit or re‐transmit programs of any channel in an encrypted form only through a Digital Addressable System;
