Autocall Trigger Event definition

Autocall Trigger Event means an event which occurs if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Worst Performing Index Performance as of the Valuation Time on an Autocall Valuation Date is greater than or equal to the relevant Autocall Trigger Level.
Autocall Trigger Event means, in respect of an Autocall Valuation Datej, an event which occurs if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, WOj on such Autocall Valuation Date is greater than or equal to the relevant Autocall Trigger Levelj.

  • The National Assembly, any person appointed or designated by the National Assembly to exercise functions under its authority, the personnel directed by that person, and the Commission de la représentation are subject to this Act only to the extent determined by an Act.

  • If an Autocall Maturity Trigger Event occurs, on the fifth Business Day following the Autocall Date relating to such Autocall Maturity Trigger Event, the Funding Swap Counterparty will pay to the Issuer an amount (the " Autocall Final Exchange Amount") equal to the Value of the Total Return Funding Swap (which such Value shall be identical to that used in order to determine the Note NAV on the related Autocall Final NAV Determination Date in respect of the related Autocall Trigger Event).

  • In respect of the Cash Flows Swap (provided that such transaction is outstanding at such time), if an Autocall Trigger Event occurs, an amount shall be payable on the third Business Day following the Autocall Date to reflect its Value on such date (which shall be determined once all amounts notionally payable into or out of the Notional Accounts on such date have been paid).

Related to Autocall Trigger Event

  • Auto-Call Trigger Event means an event which occurs if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Index Performance as of the Valuation Time on an Auto-Call Valuation Date is greater than or equal to the relevant Auto-Call Trigger Level.

  • Auto-Call Trigger Level means the level set out below for the relevant Auto-Call Valuation Date (i.e. as shown in the same row as that date):

  • Auto-Call Trigger Rate means the applicable percentage in respect of the relevant Auto-Ca l Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred as set out in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level above (i.e. as shown in the same row as that date).

  • Trigger Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Final Trigger Level means 85.00%, being a percentage against which the performance of the Index will be measured in order to determine the Final Redemption Amount.

  • Ratings Event means (i) a downgrade by one or more gradations (including gradations within ratings categories as well as between rating categories) or withdrawal of the rating of the Notes within the Ratings Decline Period by one or more Rating Agencies (unless the applicable Rating Agency shall have put forth a written statement to the effect that such downgrade or withdrawal is not attributable in whole or in part to the applicable Change of Control) and (ii) the Notes do not have an Investment Grade Rating from any Rating Agency.

  • Relevant Event means any Termination Event, Mandatory Prepayment Event or Further Novation Event, or any event which only with the passage of time, the giving of any notice or the fulfilment of any other condition (or a combination thereof) would constitute a Termination Event, Mandatory Prepayment Event or Further Novation Event;
