Automated Consumer Dispute Verification. , or “ACDV”, means an automated request to reinvestigate tradeline data on a Consumer’s credit report. An ACDV is designed to be used by Consumer Reporting Agencies if a Consumer disputes the completeness or accuracy of information reported on his/her credit report directly with the Consumer Reporting Agency, and the Data Furnisher that reported the information is registered to use the e-OSCAR System and has a reporting relationship with one or more Consumer Reporting Agencies. Images included with an ACDV shall be considered a part of such ACDV.
