Data Furnisher definition

Data Furnisher means any creditor or other person that directly or indirectly transmits Consumer Information to a Consumer Reporting Agency and is subject to Section 623 of the FCRA.
Data Furnisher means an entity that furnishes information relating to consumers to one or more consumer reporting agencies for inclusion in a consumer report. An entity is not a “data furnisher” when it:
