Automated Tool is defined in the Master Policy and means a system, process or tool that National MI has approved for use in underwriting or validating a loan or loan component in accordance with the requirements for such use described in National MI’s Underwriting Guidelines.The following “Automated Tools” are approved by National MI as of the date of this guide.
