Automotive Applications definition

Automotive Applications means applications related to engine powered, land- based, non-railed vehicles for primary transportation purposes.
Automotive Applications means passenger cars, trucks, minivans, on-the-road vehicles, construction and heavy duty agricultural equipment, motor homes, other wheeled vehicles comparable to the foregoing, and marine ▇▇▇▇▇ drive units and auxiliary stationary power units to the extent that these are derived from and employ automotive-like 4-stroke cycle engines, but does not include motorcycles or motor-scooters or other 2 or 3 wheeled vehicles, watercraft or airborne vehicles or any other applications.
Automotive Applications means the use of the Technology, including use in ** Portions of this exhibit have been omitted and filed separately with the SEC.

  • For the Final Specification, each Member hereby grants and agrees to grant to all other Members a worldwide, non- exclusive non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as provided in Section 12.5) license without compensation under the granting Member’s Necessary Claims to make, have made, use, import, offer to sell, lease, sell, promote and otherwise distribute Compliant Portions in Automotive Applications.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the XIR® Laminated Glass Units may be manufactured for and sold for Automotive Applications and Architectural Applications.
