Auxiliary Part means input/output means, supporting means, terminal members, conductors or equivalent interconnecting members, housing means, any environmental controlling means included within such housing means or unitary with such housing means and active and/or passive elements unitarily or separately combined with a Semiconductor Product and any other parts, primarily useable in or for manufacturing, assembling or packaging Semiconductor Products.
