Available Swingline Facility means the aggregate for the time being of each Swingline Lender’s Available Swingline Commitment;

Available Swingline Facility means, in relation to a Swingline Facility at any time, the aggregate amount at that time of the Available Swingline Commitments of all the Banks under that Swingline Facility.

• If a Swingline Facility Lender’s Swingline Facility Commitment is reduced in accordance with the terms hereof after the Agent has received the Utilisation Request for a Swingline Facility Advance and such reduction was not taken into account in the Available Swingline Facility, then both the Euro Amount of the relevant Swingline Facility Advance and the amount of that Swingline Facility Advance made or to be made shall be reduced accordingly.

• The amount of a Bank’s Advance will, in the case of a Revolving Facility Advance, be the proportion of the Requested Amount which its Available Commitment bears to the Available Facility on the relevant Utilisation Date and, in the case of a Swingline Advance, the proportion of the Requested Amount which its relevant Available Swingline Commitment bears to the relevant Available Swingline Facility on the relevant Utilisation Date.

• The Borrower may, if it gives the Agent not less than ten Business Days’ prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of S$5,000,000) of the Available Swingline Facility.

• On the date of any cancellation under Clause 9.5 (Voluntary cancellation of Available Swingline Facility) or Clause 12.4 (Voluntary cancellation), the Borrower shall pay to the Agent (for the account of the relevant Lenders) a cancellation fee of 0.50 per cent.

Available Swingline Facility has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 8.1.1 of Clause 8.1 (General).

Available Swingline Facility means, at any time, the aggregate of the Available Swingline Amounts at such time; “Available Tranche A Commitment” means, in relation to a Bank, its Tranche A Commitment less its participation in any outstanding Tranche A Advances;

Available Swingline Facility means EUR 500,000,000 less the Base Currency Amount of any Swingline Loans outstanding at such time and adjusted so as to take account of any Swingline Loans due to be made and/or repaid on the proposed Utilisation Date.
