Swing Line Facility definition

Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swing Line Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

Swing Line Facility means the credit facility established under Section 2.04 pursuant to the Swing Line Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.

Examples of Swing Line Facility in a sentence

• Within the limits of the Swing Line Facility and within the limits referred to in clause (ii) above, the Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.01(c), repay pursuant to Section 2.04(b) or prepay pursuant to Section 2.06(a) and reborrow under this Section 2.01(c).

• The Swing Line Facility is not independent of the Revolving Credit Facility.

• Requests for advances of Loan proceeds with respect to the Revolving Facility and the Swing Line Facility may be made via facsimile on any given Business Day if the Borrowers provide the Administrative Agent, in advance, with a written list of the names of the specific officers authorized to request disbursements by facsimile.

Swing Line Facility means the swing line facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swing Line Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the Swing Line Bank’s Swing Line Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

Swing Line Facility means the swing line facility established pursuant to Section 2.3.

Swing Line Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Swing Line Bank’s Swing Line Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

Swing Line Facility means the swing line credit facility being extended pursuant to this Agreement, in the original maximum principal amount equal to the Swing Line Commitment Amount.

Swing Line Facility means the sub-credit facility of the Revolving Facility under this Agreement evidenced by the Swing Line Commitment and the Swing Line Loans.

Swing Line Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Swing Line Banks’ Swing Line Commitments at such time.
