Average Annual Principal and Interest Requirements definition

Average Annual Principal and Interest Requirements means the average annual principal and interest requirements for all Bonds. Upon the issuance of the Series 2019A Bonds, the Average Annual Principal and Interest Requirements are hereby determined to be$ and shall be recomputed upon the issuance of each series of Additional Bonds and set forth in each ordinance authorizing the issuance of Additional Bonds. For purposes of calculating the Average Annual Principal and Interest Requirements with respect to any variable rate Additional Bonds, interest on such bonds shall be calculated in accordance with Section 6.1 of this Ordinance.

  • Average Annual Debt Service means, at the time of calculation, the sum of the Annual Debt Service for the remaining years of the loan to the last scheduled maturity of the loan divided by the number of those years.

For the purposes of calculating the Class D Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.
