Aviation Laws definition

Aviation Laws means Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council — Rules on Ownership and Control of EU air carriers and, with respect to aviation, all applicable Laws of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the business or operations of any of the Companies.
Aviation Laws has the meaning specified in Section 4.31(a).
Aviation Laws. Title 49 of the United States Code, including without limitation, all regulations issued by the FAA and all regulations issued under the Cape Town (Aircraft Protocol) Laws, as the same now exist or may hereafter from time to time be amended, modified, recodified or supplemented, together with all rules, regulations, procedures, orders, handbooks, guidelines and interpretations thereunder or related thereto.

  • The Company and its subsidiaries are in material compliance with all applicable laws, regulations or other requirements of the United States Federal Aviation Administration, the European Aviation Safety Agency and similar aviation regulatory bodies (collectively, “Aviation Laws”), and neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has received any written or, to the Company’s knowledge, other notice of a failure to comply with applicable Aviation Laws.

  • Anticorruption Laws means the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, or any other anticorruption or anti-bribery Applicable Law applicable to the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • Health and Safety Laws means all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, subordinate legislation, bye-laws, common law and other national, international, federal, European Union, state and local laws, judgments, decisions and injunctions of any court or tribunal, and codes of practice and/or guidance notes issued by any applicable government body or authority, public body, trade union, works council, or industry or regional sector authority to the extent that they relate to or apply to the health and safety of any person, including (but not limited to) any such requirements and obligations concerning Covid-19.

  • Corporation Law means the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, as from time to time amended;

  • Modern Slavery Laws means the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW), Divisions 270 and 271 of the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth), the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), and any other binding or non-binding guidelines issued by an entity or person so authorised under Modern Slavery Law, and anti-Modern Slavery laws or regulations in force in Australia or otherwise applicable to Tetra Tech International Development or the Subconsultant from time to time with respect to reporting on or addressing the risks of modern slavery, including business operations and supply chains with respect to related purposes.

  • Satisfied all applicable land division laws means the parcel or lot was created:

  • Environmental, Health and Safety Laws means the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, each as amended, together with all other laws (including rules, regulations, codes, plans, injunctions, judgments, orders, decrees, rulings, and charges thereunder) of federal, state, local, and foreign governments (and all agencies thereof) concerning pollution or protection of the environment, public health and safety, or employee health and safety, including laws relating to emissions, discharges, releases, or threatened releases of pollutants, contaminants, or chemical, industrial, hazardous, or toxic materials or wastes into ambient air, surface water, ground water, or lands or otherwise relating to the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, treatment, storage, disposal, transport, or handling of pollutants, contaminants, or chemical, industrial, hazardous, or toxic materials or wastes.

  • Business Corporations Act means the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;
