AWS Policies definition

AWS Policies means any applicable terms and conditions and policies from Amazon applicable on the AWS Service - as it may be updated by AWS from time to time -, including the AWS acceptable use policy (as currently available at http://amazon.com/aup), AWS documentation (as currently available at http://aws.amazon.com/documentation), AWS trademark use guidelines (as currently available at http://aws.amazon.com/trademark-guidelines/), AWS terms of use ((as currently available at http://aws.amazon.com/terms/), AWS service terms (as currently available at http://aws.amazon.com/serviceterms), the AWS Service Levels (as currently available at https://aws.amazon.com/legal/service-level-agreements/), AWS end-user license agreement (as currently available at https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/legal-reseller/AWS+Reseller+Customer+License+Terms.pdf) and all restrictions described in the AWS Content and on the AWS Site.

Examples of AWS Policies in a sentence

  • I have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the AWS Policies and Fees form.

  • The Customer’s use of the AWS Management Console and the provisioning of any of the AWS Components will be subject to the Customer’s acceptance of the AWS Policies for each service presented to the Customer when the Customer accesses the AWS Management Console.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees to observe and comply with these AWS Policies for any and all use of the AWS Service.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Management Boundary does not include the AWS Management Console and any AWS Components accessed via the AWS Management Console; hence any claims and/or complaints in relation to the AWS Services may only be made by the Customer against Amazon under the AWS Policies.

  • The Service includes a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferrable license to use the AWS Components for your own internal business purposes and in accordance with the AWS Policies.

  • Any claims and/or complaints in relation to the security and the processing of any such Personal Data may only be made by the Customer against Amazon under the AWS Policies.

  • Next to accepting these conditions, the Customer must also accept on the Portal AWS Policies for each AWS Service the Customer orders and consumes.

  • As result – except claims for Service Credits - any disputes related to the AWS Components ordered via this Service should be addressed directly to Amazon in accordance with the applicable AWS Policies as accepted by the Customer via the Portal.

  • While BT will be responsible as first line helpdesk and managing any Service Credits for the AWS Component; any licenses, warranties and indemnities provided by BT in the General Terms and Conditions do not apply to the Customer’s use of the AWS Management Console or any of the AWS Components, but will be governed by the applicable AWS Policies as accepted by the Customer on the Portal.

  • If the Customer does not comply with these AWS Policies, the Service may be restricted or suspended resulting that any access by the Customer and/or any User to Customer content and the Service offerings is terminate.

Related to AWS Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • Mandatory Policies means the following of our business policies and codes:

  • Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines and occupational health and safety standards of the World Bank Group as in effect on [Bid Date].

  • Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.
