Axis Partner definition

Axis Partner means a distributor, reseller, system integrator or partner who sells or provides Axis Technology.

  • All licenses are purchased through Axis Partners and the Axis Partner that You have purchased the license from is responsible for issuing the license key to You.

  • The license key which is issued and provided to You by Your Axis Partner must be redeemed (i.e., the license added to Your wallet) in AXIS License Manager, and the licenses actively allocated by You from Your wallet to the ongoing subscription period, within thirty (30) days from the Subscription Start Date.

  • In addition to the foregoing in Section 5.1, if You are an Axis Partner, You shall make sure that any creation or registration by You of any customer User Account, organization or other customer profile is done properly and that different customers’ User Accounts, organizations and data are separated from Your and other customers’ User Accounts, organization and data.

  • The license key which is issued and provided to You by Your Axis Partner must be redeemed in the AXIS License Manager within thirty (30) days from the Activation Date.

Related to Axis Partner

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
