Departing General Partner definition

Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

Departing General Partner means a former general partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former general.
Departing General Partner. A General Partner, as of the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such General Partner pursuant to Section 15.2, or a General Partner who has otherwise ceased to be a General Partner.
