Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.18.
Distributional interest means the right under an unincorporated entity’s organic law and organic rules to receive distributions from the entity.
Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
Class A Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).
Fractional Undivided Interest Means the fractional undivided interest in the Trust that is evidenced by a Certificate.
Class P Fraction Any Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Fraction, as applicable.
Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.
Personal interest means a financial benefit or liability accruing to a School Board member or employee or to a member of the immediate family of the School Board member or employee. Such interest shall exist by reason of
Additional Interest means all additional interest then owing pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement.
Prospective International Interest means an interest that is intended to be created or provided for in an object as an international interest in the future, upon the occurrence of a stated event (which may include the debtor’s acquisition of an interest in the object), whether or not the occurrence of the event is certain;
Class X-D Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-D Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-D Components.
Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
Book-Entry Interest means a beneficial interest in a Global Certificate, ownership and transfers of which shall be maintained and made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 9.4.
Special Interest shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(c) hereof.
