B Average Rate definition

B Average Rate. For each Distribution Date, an annual rate equal to the weighted average of the Designated Rates applicable to each Collateral Group, weighted on the basis of the Group Subordinate Amounts for the Collateral Groups.
B Average Rate. For each Distribution Date, an annual rate equal to the weighted average of the Designated Rates applicable to Collateral Group 1, Collateral Group 2, Collateral Group 3, Collateral Group 4, Collateral Group 5 and Collateral Group 6, and weighted on the basis of the Group Subordinate Amounts for such Collateral Groups.

  • For each Distribution Date (and the related Interest Accrual Period) each of the Class M-1, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates shall accrue interest at a per annum rate equal to the B Average Rate.

  • For each Distribution Date (and the related Interest Accrual Period) each of the Class B1, Class B2, Class B3, Class B4, Class B5 and Class B6 Certificates will accrue interest at a per annum rate equal to the B Average Rate.

Related to B Average Rate

  • Average Rate means the simple arithmetic mean of the bank rates in effect at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time each day during the calendar month which immediately precedes the calendar month in which payment is made, where the "bank rate" means the rate of interest established from time to time by the Bank of Canada as the minimum rate at which the Bank of Canada makes short term advances to members of the Canadian Payments Association;

  • Wage Rate means the wage rate referred to in section 6.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the applicable Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period, weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances as of the first day of such Due Period (after giving effect to any payments received during any applicable grace period).

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Loans included in the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance, the number obtained by (a) summing the products obtained by multiplying (i) the Advance Rate of each Eligible Collateral Loan by (ii) such Eligible Collateral Loan’s contribution to the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance and dividing such sum by (b) the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance.
