BA Schedule I Discount Rate definition

BA Schedule I Discount Rate means, with respect to an issue of Acceptances with the same maturity date to be accepted by a Schedule I Bank, the CDOR for bankers' acceptances having a comparable face value and identical maturity date to the face value and maturity date of such issue of Acceptances.
BA Schedule I Discount Rate means, with respect to any Bankers' Acceptance accepted by a Schedule I Lender, the rate determined by the Administrative Agent as being the arithmetic average (rounded upward to the nearest multiple of 0.01%) of the discount rates, calculated on the basis of a year of 365 days and determined in accordance with normal market practice at or about 10:00 a.m. Toronto time on the date of issue and acceptance of such Bankers' Acceptance, for bankers' acceptances of the Schedule I Reference Lenders having a comparable Face Amount and identical maturity date to the Face Amount and maturity date of such Bankers' Acceptance.
BA Schedule I Discount Rate means, with respect to an issue of Bankers’ Acceptances with the same maturity date to be accepted by a Schedule I Lender hereunder, the CDOR at or about 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the date of issue and acceptance of such Bankers’ Acceptances for bankers’ acceptances having a comparable maturity date (or as close as possible) to the maturity date of such issue of Bankers’ Acceptances.

If the publication of the Prepayment Rate in The Wall Street Journal is discontinued, Lender shall determine the Prepayment Rate on the basis of "Statistical Release H.15(519), Selected Interest Rates," or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or on the basis of such other publication or statistical guide as Lender may reasonably select. "PREPAYMENT RATE DETERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the prepayment date.
