Background Score definition

Background Score means the musical composition without lyrics which is played in the background when dialogues are performed by the actors in the Film Assets or during pauses during such dialogue delivery to denote the emotions which the scene conveys to the audience excluding any dialogues contained in the Film Assets (e.g. tune of melancholy or joy or suspense);
