Backlog List definition

Backlog List as defined in Section 3.20(a)(i).
Backlog List shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.27.
Backlog List means a list of outstanding and unfilled orders that have been placed with the Seller with respect to the Business as of a specified date.

Examples of Backlog List in a sentence

  • The design phase is done by defining the architecture based on the Product Backlog List; preliminary plans for the contents of releases are proposed.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Backlog means we have an executed order with a buyer but the settlement did not occur prior to report date.

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Watch List means that list maintained by Investments Compliance which includes names of issuers about which certain persons within MetLife may, as a result of a special relationship or otherwise, appear to or actually possess material nonpublic information, together with the names of those persons.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Cost Report means a report detailing all costs incurred in relation to the Activity, to be submitted by the Incubatee to the Incubator.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance Ltd. and dated March 19, 2008 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
