In addition to members appointed by CFFT, the Potentiator JDC is expected to have members from the various functional groups (e.g., research, preclinical safety, clinical, regulatory, marketing) that are or will be expected to be involved from time to time in development and launch of VX-770 or any other Potentiator Backup Compound that is substituted for VX-770 (collectively VX-770 and such Potentiator Backup Compounds are referred to hereinafter as “VX-770”).
