Backup Servicer definition

Backup Servicer means W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as Backup Servicer under this Agreement.
Backup Servicer has the meaning given to such term in the Preamble.
Backup Servicer means any backup servicer of the Receivables appointed pursuant to Section 7.02 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement following the occurrence of a Backup Servicer Appointment Event.
