Servicer definition

Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

Servicer means (i) the Master Servicer with respect to a non-Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and the Special Servicer with respect to a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, or (ii) with respect to a specific function, right or obligation as to which the Servicing Agreement designates the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the party so designated, as applicable, pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.

Servicer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6 hereof.

• The Borrower hereby appoints Antares Private Credit Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as Servicer, with the authority to service, administer and exercise rights and remedies, on behalf of the Borrower, in respect of the Collateral.

Servicer means, with respect to any Serviced Duty, the applicable Purchaser performing Serviced Duties as agent of the applicable Seller pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
