Servicer definition

Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.
Servicer means (i) the Master Servicer with respect to a non-Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and the Special Servicer with respect to a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, or (ii) with respect to a specific function, right or obligation as to which the Servicing Agreement designates the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the party so designated, as applicable, pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6 hereof.

  • The Trust Fund, described more fully below, consists primarily of a pool of Mortgage Loans secured by first liens on various types of commercial, multifamily and/or manufactured housing community properties and any Trust Subordinate Companion Loan(s) held in trust by the Trustee and, other than in the case of the Outside Serviced Mortgage Loans, serviced by the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer.

More Definitions of Servicer

Servicer means, with respect to any Serviced Duty, the applicable Purchaser performing Serviced Duties as agent of the applicable Seller pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
