Balance Transfer Amount definition

Balance Transfer Amount means the amount of the Balance Transfer that is debited to the Card Account.
Balance Transfer Amount means credit drawn down by using the Card to make a Balance Transfer.
Balance Transfer Amount means the Balance Transfer of the Total Transfer Amount.

Balance Transfer Amount means any newly established receivable balance originated or acquired by the Company by way of a credit card Account, which is not to include new charges on the Account subsequent to the initial receivable amount. (All computations of the 5% Fee shall be derived using the Balance Transfer Amount irrespective of whether the cardholder has paid principal down below the original Balance Transfer Amount or charged more than the Balance Transfer Amount at the time of any of the 5% payment obligations.)
Balance Transfer Amount means the amount of the Balance Transfer available on the Website’s login page.

Accounts and the amount of marketing, servicing fees or any other income received from such sellers from whom the Company purchased Accounts or participants for such Accounts shall be added to the Balance Transfer Amount; provided, however, that the Balance Transfer Amount shall never exceed the original Balance Transfer Amount. If payments to or receipt of income from such sellers from whom the Company purchased Accounts, participants and brokers occurs after the calculation or payment of the 5% Fee, then the amount of the 5% Fee shall be recalculated to take account for such payments or income.
Balance Transfer Amount means the amount of the Balance Transfer that debited to the Card Account.

  • Transfer Amount means, as of any Transfer Date, any of the Issuer Expenses Transfer Amount, the Taxation Expenses Transfer Amount, the Servicer Fee Transfer Amount, the Reserve LC Expenses Transfer Amount, any Debt Service Reserve Account Transfer Amount, any Series Senior Interest Transfer Amount for any Series of Securities, any Series Senior Scheduled Principal Transfer Amount for any Series of Securities, any Series Senior Excess Scheduled Principal Transfer Amount for any Series of Securities, any Series Senior Accelerated Principal Transfer Amount for any Series of Securities, any Series Senior Excess Accelerated Principal Transfer amount for any Series of Securities, any Series Subordinated Interest Transfer Amount for any Series of Securities, any Series Subordinated Scheduled Principal Transfer Amount for any Series of Securities, and/or any Series Subordinated Accelerated Principal Transfer Amount for any Series of Securities, each as of such Transfer Date.

  • Minimum Transfer Amount means, with respect to a party, the amount specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13; if no amount is specified, zero.

No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.
