Servicing Fees definition

Servicing Fees. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan, the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee.
Servicing Fees shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement; provided, however that, after the appointment of any Successor Servicer, the Servicing Fees shall mean the Successor Servicer Fees payable to such Successor Servicer.
Servicing Fees has the meaning set forth in the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Servicing Fees in a sentence

  • To the extent any Servicing Agreement does not have provisions or otherwise contemplate the prioritization for recovery of Servicing Advances, Servicing Fees and/or P&I Advances, the Subservicer shall calculate any loss at liquidation associated with nonrecoverable advances in a manner that minimizes such loss to the Owner/Servicer (i.e., utilizing loan-level proceeds to reduce items which do not benefit from a general collections backstop before items which may be reimbursed on a pool-level basis).

  • All expenses, losses and shortfalls including, without limitation, losses of principal or interest, Advances that have been declared Nonrecoverable Advances, interest on Advances, Special Servicing Fees, Work-out Fees and Liquidation Fees (including any such fees related to the related Notes) and other Trust Fund Expenses relating to the servicing and administration of the Whole Loan will be allocated to the holders of the Notes in accordance with the Co-Lender Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise required under Applicable Requirements, the Subservicer shall not make any Servicing Advances or P&I Advances with respect to Charged-off Loans and shall not be entitled to any Servicing Fees or other compensation with respect to Charged-off Loans.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, at the discretion of the Partnership, the Partnership or its affiliates may act as agent of the Dealer Manager by making direct payment of Servicing Fees to Dealers on behalf of the Dealer Manager without incurring any liability.

  • Dealer affirms that the Dealer Manager’s liability for Servicing Fees is limited solely to the proceeds of the Servicing Fee receivable from the Partnership and Dealer hereby waives any and all rights to receive any reallowance of the Servicing Fee due until such time as the Dealer Manager is in receipt of the Servicing Fee from the Partnership.


More Definitions of Servicing Fees

Servicing Fees means: (a) with respect to each Serviced Mortgage Loan (and any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee; and (b) with respect to each Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Trust Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the Master Servicing Fee.
Servicing Fees means (a) any fees paid to or retained by a Servicer in connection with the servicing obligations undertaken by the Servicer in accordance with the Related Servicing Agreement and
Servicing Fees means the Senior Servicing Fee and the Subordinate Servicing Fee, collectively.
Servicing Fees means all compensation payable to Seller under the applicable Servicing Agreements, including each servicing fee payable based on a percentage of the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans and any payments received in respect of the foregoing and proceeds thereof but excluding any servicing fees payable on monthly payments that were due in any month prior to the Transfer Date, that remain unpaid or collected following such Transfer Date, excluding any other servicing compensation, such as Ancillary Fees and investment income.
Servicing Fees means (a) any fees paid to or retained by a Lender in connection with the servicing obligations undertaken by the Lender in accordance with the Related Mortgage Purchase Agreement and (b) any fees retained by or expenses reimbursed to UHC with respect to Mortgage Loans serviced by UHC.
Servicing Fees means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee.
Servicing Fees means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Payment Date in arrears in respect of each Remittance Period, which fee shall be equal to the product of (i) 0.50%, (ii) the arithmetic mean of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Loan Assets on the first day and on the last day of the related Remittance Period and (iii) the actual number of days in such Remittance Period divided by 360; provided that the rate set forth in clause (i) hereof may be increased up to 0.75% at the discretion of the Administrative Agent in the event that a successor Servicer is appointed pursuant to Section 6.01(c).
