Bank Debt Amount definition

Bank Debt Amount means Two Hundred Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Two U.S. Dollars and Eighty Two Cents ($200,932.82), being the total amount of principal, interest, and other amounts that are outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement.
Bank Debt Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Separation Agreement.
